Chartered Accountants Ireland (The Institute) is a membership body representing 23,000 influential members throughout the globe. Their role is to educate, represent and support members. Chartered Accountants Ireland is governed by a Council and it is responsible for determining policy and monitoring its implementation. Council is lead by the Officer Group and supported by the Management Team and staff.

The Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA Ireland) is one of the main Irish accountancy bodies with 5,000 members and students. The CPA designation is the most commonly used designation worldwide for professional accountants and the Institute's qualification enjoys wide international recognition. The Institute fulfils its statutory role as a recognised body by overseeing the professional activities of members in practice, and ensuring that education and training standards are maintained.

Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) 

CIMA is the world's largest and leading professional body of management accountants. Their mission is to help people and businesses to succeed in the public and private sectors. They have more than 227,000 members and students in 179 countries.

Accounting Technicians Ireland 

Accounting Technicians Ireland (formerly IATI) is the leading professional body for accounting technicians on the island of Ireland. Accounting Technicians Ireland is a not-for-profit organisation and all their revenues are continually reinvested for the benefit of their members. They are a partner body of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an associate member of the International Federation of Accountants.
